1. Core functions and importance
The elevator oil cup releases lubricating oil evenly to the surface of the guide rail, reduces the friction between the guide shoe and the guide rail, and prevents direct contact between metal parts and causes wear. The released lubricating oil can form a protective film to isolate air and moisture, prevent the guide rail from rusting, and extend the service life of the guide rail. Insufficient oil in the elevator oil cup will lead to lubrication failure, causing problems such as guide shoe jamming and elevator shaking, and even trigger the emergency brake of the safety clamp. The appropriate amount of oil can reduce the noise generated by the elevator operation and improve passenger comfort.
2. Product design optimization
The elevator oil cup adopts the upper and lower double oil cup assembly design, and is equipped with a scraper to remove dirt attached to the surface of the guide rail to ensure that the lubrication surface is clean and smooth, which is suitable for elevators that run frequently. High-end production technology is used to improve the corrosion resistance and sealing of the oil cup, provide safety protection, and reduce the risk of oil leakage.
3. Regular inspection and oil quantity management
Inspection cycle: Check the stability, integrity and oil quantity of the oil cup every 3 months to half a year, and replenish or replace the lubricating oil.
Elevator oil cup oil level standard: The lubricating oil in the oil cup must be maintained at 2/3 to 3/4. If it is less than 1/4, it must be added immediately to prevent abnormal operation of the elevator due to insufficient oil.
During maintenance, the main power supply must be cut off and a warning sign must be hung. Lighting must be made with a safe voltage below 36V. At least two people must work together to ensure construction safety.
